alienable constitutional rights
Right to a trial by jury, to counsel, and not to incriminate one's self, and related matters are "alienable constitutional rights" which may be waived whenever assertable. Week v. District Court of Second Judicial Dist., 158 Colo. 521, 408 P.2d 987, 990.
